And its power captured me
All the time I had wasted seeking stones
I had missed the rolling glory of

I want to feel Christmas, how it used to be

This season has

 lay the world in sin and error pining.
Till He appeared and my soul felt its worth.
A thrill of hope

Crowning Your bloodstained brow. 

Now the daylight flees;

Quakes as its Maker

Skies spin their dance
Within Your breath

Within Your hand

And my mind

 whiter than snow?
There's power in the blood, power in the blood
Sin stains are lost in its life-giving

 holy ground

But beside the tree of disobedience
The tree of life did grow
The gift of its fruit

 miracle of light

To shine its guiding light

 comfortable
Locked up here in this prison
That I missed the doors wide open
More like ripped off of its hinges
